Our Story
Born from real council experience
Helios was born from frustration. Our founders spent years working inside Australian councils, watching staff struggle with fragmented systems that made even simple citizen interactions painfully slow.
They saw the same problem everywhere. Citizen data stuck in silos across multiple ERP systems. No unified view. No full history. No self-service. Reporting that took days.
So they built Helios, a CRM designed from the ground up for local government. Not a generic CRM with council features bolted on, but a purpose-built platform that speaks the language of councils and integrates with the systems they already use.
